Appearance: Noko has long silver hair that reaches her waist which also has a purple bow in said hair located at the base of her neck to keep it under control. She has bangs that fall to the side of her face that cover her ears, along with bangs that rest just above her right eye (which on certain days she styles it so it falls in front of her eye.) Her eyes are opal in color. She is also Caucasian and is 5'9. For clothing, Noko wears a red/white long sleeved blouse with a small v-neck with blue around the cuffs, a silver bracelet on  her right wrist with a crescent moon on it, which is used to help her get into her fairy form, a smooth blue skirt that just stops at her knee cap. She also wears blue socks that reaches up to her upper knee, along with black heels. As for her fairy form, Noko has a short sleeved sky blue top, with her bracelet again on her right wrist, light pink skirt with white sparkly stars on it. She has ankle high sky blue boots with pink soles and heels. She also wears a purple choker around her neck. Her staff which she can summon from her bracket is skyblue and is decorated with a warn away crest, along with a simple circle at the top of it with what appears to be moon phases etched into the metal work.

Spells:

Frozen Chains: Noko creates a chain that wraps around her target that binds them for ten seconds and doesn't cause damage. Low

Moon Darkness: Lasting for twenty seconds, Noko can heal her friends and loved one, restoring a small portion of their health in the limited spell time. Low

Moonlight Mist: Noko creates an icy mist in a ten feet radius around her, this spell slow down the opposition fully for thirty seconds, while dealing minor ice damage. Medium

Dark Moon Whip: Noko create a whip made of magic from her staff, which when used causes moderate physical damage to her targets. It disappears after use.  Medium

Artemis Ward: Noko creates a large buckler like shield from her staff that is used to rebound spells after being hit a third time. After this third hit it will disappear and it only lasts 30 seconds. Medium.

Lunar Burst: Three beams of lunar energy are released from Noko's staff that she summons during battle from her bracelet. These beams strike a single target, dealing heavy damage and have a 20% chance to cause her targets to go blind for 20 seconds. High

Lunar Figment: Using a refractive properties of ice in tandem with moonlight, Noko is able create an image of herself adjacent to any ally of hers. The casting of this spell takes a full round and this image will exist along with Noko for another full round. During this second round, any spell Noko casts, will be copied and cast by the image as well. After this round is up, the image will fade and Noko will be transposed into its spot. This spell can only be used once per combat cycle. High. This spells casting can be interrupted if Noko is hit by a plethora of low level spells or just from a single medium or high level spell.

Strengths:
Singing: Noko is able to sing very well since she was taught by her mom from a young age. She continued to practice singing throughout her youth and had instruction from her grandmother to further foster her talent.
Creative: Noko is rather creative, which in turn allows her to think outside of the box when it comes to solutions. This may also lend to her being able to keep calm in situations and be level headed.
Literature studies: She excels in literature classes, which makes her very well read and helps her in understanding what a writer is trying to hide or convey from their writings.
Nighttime magic: Noko's magic is a bit more powerful at night, giving her the slight edge in battle she might need.

Weaknesses:

Sports: Lacking speed and the dexterity needed for sports, Noko is not very adept when it comes to any of these type of activities. This however does not prevent her from working out to enjoy herself in her free time.
Fire: Due to her magical nature, Noko has a weakness to fire. She isn't able to tolerate the flames for too long before she starts to feel ill symptoms.
Physics: Noko has a hard time understanding physics and is so bad at it, that she had to take the subject twice, even having to get extra help just to pass.


Personality:

She is considered emotionally mature for her age due to the pain of her past, While Noko has a tendency to be quiet, she is no longer shy and once someone is able to get to know her better, she is shown to have a great humor, a silly attitude that is kept in check by her serious nature. She is also very sweet and loving to those she truly cares for.

Noko has become more confident than she originally was and now has the tendency to be more talkative to her closest friends. Her great humor and silly attitude is expressed when she is around her peers. Furthermore, she is also prepared to speak up for people if needed be to protect them or assert her point. She is not afraid to back down and will fight if she has to. She also can get easily angered if her buttons have been pushed, going into a mild yelling fit. Whenever she is on a tough and serious situation however, her silly attitude immediately shifts to that of a serious one, putting the safety of others before her own in order to ensure that everyone comes out of the situation alive. Noko is an avid reader, but due to this fact, she tends to lose herself in what she is doing and ignore everything around her. This leads her ignoring her studies. Being an only child, Noko has a tendency to only think about herself when it comes to going out to movies or places to eat.

Hobbies/likes/dislikes: Noko likes Literature Studies and Novel writing since this allows her creativity to shine. Due to her creativity she also likes to cosplay sometimes.

History:

Noko was born on the 5th of February on Earth to two loving parents. Early in her life, she learned about magic from her fairy mother and wizard father, thought they seemed to be keeping a secret from her that she didn't know about. As she grew up at the age of four, she would spends time with her mother, learning to sing, learning of magic and going out for ice cream every weekend. This kind of activity with her mother, leads Noko to acting selfish when it comes to going out places.

Things were very happy for the family, until Noko was seven years of age. The family would have their yearly picnic and they would go out to the park, but the day turned sour when a blade of pure fire is stabbed through her mother's back. Noko watches in horror as a woman, who she could tell was a fairy, pulls her blade from her mother and spoke of something that she couldn't hear. This woman would soon disappear and all Noko could do is run over to her dying mother, who in her dying moments handed Noko a very special bracelet that she was going to get that day. After this, her mother passed on and all Noko could do was yelling for her mother to wake up.

Now dealing with this lose, Noko would try to forget what she saw but would have nightmares about it, while her heartbroken father grieved, trying to come to terms with it. Several months later, to try and deal with this pain, her father would uproot themselves from Earth and travel to Solaria to live with his family. Living on the new planet was very enjoyable to Noko, spending time with her grandmother, who helped foster her singing talent even more by the age of ten.

Her grandfather would encourage her to read and soon she found she enjoyed literature and the subject as a whole. Her grandfather's love of humor soon rubs off on her as she starts to act silly from time to time with him and with friends, who enjoy the jokes and comments. She did learn that she still had to be serious at times and kept the silliness in check.

Also at this time, Noko would discover her magic during a hot summers day when she tried to cool down. All she wanted to do was run under some cool water by a fountain, but when she pointed at it, she accident froze it. When she tries to defrost it, she shrouds it in darkness. Her grandparents were thrilled at her getting her magic and even celebrated. Her father, who had grown distant from her, didn't seem thrilled at all and looked rather sad that she had developed moon powers.

Staring at the age of eleven, some months after she discovered her magic, some of the girls in her class began to bully her, thinking she was a meek freak for having a weird magical power and thought it was just unnatural. Noko while hurt by all these words and actions, learned over several months to try and ignore these things, growing up a bit in the process. During this short time period, she would work on trying to control her magic, trying not to spear anyone with random bits of ice, like she almost did twice to one of the girls bullying her.  Due to all these events, this would lead Noko to later defend others who were bullied and even move past her shyness, but this didn't mean she got over being quiet. She also become a bit more confident as the days and mothers pass with her magic and with the new friends she gained.

During her 12th birthday, Noko would ask her father about her mother since she wanted to know about her since her memories were so foggy. Her father was rather reluctant, but soon would tell his daughter of the woman and the real reason of the murder. Her mother had been from a disgraced noble family on Moonrise, a planet in a distant part of the magic dimension and that woman they had seen was there to assassinate her mother to prevent the noble from rising again. Noko would take this information in, not sure what to say on this new information, but it did make her want to learn more about it.

By the time she is fifteen, things had school had more or less normalized for her, but she would still get people trying to pick on her. Her temper would flare a bit during these verbal sparing sessions, but nothing bad would take place. At home, Noko would spend weekends in her room, writing short stories for school, writing songs for herself, practicing her magic or even just making a tape for her singing. At this point Noko had a dream, it was to became a fairy and to become a pop idol. This however leads to her ignoring school work and other activities with friends.

By the time Noko is seventeen, lose would strike her again when her grandmother would pass away from a sudden illness. Depression would over take the silver haired girl and her interest in doing anything she liked wanes. Unfortunately, Noko's school grades would also suffer, which forces her to repeat her final year again and her relationships with friends suffer too from her not engaging with them. What truly broke Noko out of her few months depression was her father. He would come into her room one afternoon and the two would finally talk and open up about their feelings and the past. After three weeks of on and off talks with her father, Noko soon began to feel better and would once again return to how things used to be, redoubling her efforts on school, hanging out with friends and her remaining family, and trying to get to her goal of singing. Her father would even take her to a cosplay convention she had been wanting to go for working so hard.

At the age of nineteen, Noko graduates from her normal school and soon looks to wanting to attend Alfea. She does however decided it would be best to wait a year and instead works as a waitress in a local cafe, trying to earn a bit of money and thinking about how to achieve her dream or being a pop idol fairy. Now at the age of twenty, Noko is ready to attend Alfea to learn best how to use her magic. Maybe it would also let her learn about the mysterious planet of Moonrise.

Noko is now ready for review.

First off, she's Solarian, not Caucasion. You could say she has white skin or pale skin.

Frozen Chains might be better of as 5 seconds to be a low spell.

"Using the refractive properties of moonlight and ice" Ice is refractive, moonlight is refracted. Ice has refractive properties, while moonlight does whatever.

Ella, Caucasian means her skin tone is white not that she is from there, you sort of missed the context too.

Also, nikkie looked over both spell and he was alright with Frozen chain being 10 seconds and 10 seconds is rather good for a nomral low spell.

As for the second, this is rather semantical, but I will rewrite to something like, Using the refractive properties of ice in tandem with moonlight.

Isn't Planet of Origin where you are born? I mean, ethnicity she would probably be that, but her origins are of Earth, right? I might be getting this wrong.

A tad confusing. Is she charging up the heal for twenty seconds? Or does Noko have her friends health restored for only twenty seconds?

On Earth I'd be okay with this, but on Solaria... ehhhh, this is a little tipsy. She just has darkness and ice powers. If she was a hair fairy, I'd be okay. Assuming Stella's mom has moon powers, this bullying would be even more out of character. However, all that stuff would be okay if it was on Earth.

A side note on that section, I think she should have a little bit more struggle controlling her powers in that situation. If she was affected so much that her personality is shaped by that event, I think that one or two accidental blasts of magic at a girl or two might be in order. Or at least an explosion of ice. Something around those lines. If you note anything about training her powers before this bullying fiasco, then the blasts aren't needed.

I would clarify what "things used to be," since Nokomis's life will definitely be affected by her grandma's death.

1) She's solarian and Moonrisian and thus would be her combined planet of origin. If she was Terrain, she would have one of her parents be from Earth. So the way I have it is fine.

2) The spell only lasts for 20 seconds, so she is only able to heal them for that long.

3) I will edit the strength to include the grandmother.

4) These girls may not know any moon magic people or may not be aware that Former queen Luna has moon powers. There is a certain amount of suspension of disbelief that is needed and this is one of those times I think. This kind of bullying behavior shouldn't be exclusive to Earth. I will add in a bit more of a struggle with maybe add in a mishap to make the girls react the way they do.

5) I don't think it really needs to be clarified, since if one reads how her life was before it they will realize how things used to be. I will however add something in.

I updated 2 and 4, edited in that tid bit in 4. For 5, the what life was before is right after it that used to be part. It's in plain sight.
