In all of her outfits, her hair is free to trail however she likes, as she does not enjoy tying up her hair. Her skin is a very pale peach color, and her eyes are dark blue. She is a bit short, but she is quite thin.

Her outfits are very silky, perhaps described as not viscous. Her casual clothing includes a baby blue tanktop that trails into a v shape below her skirt. Her skirt has a darker blue color with a wavy shape at its end. Tsol wears medial blue flats as well. Her necklace holds water, memories, and her mother’s magic and perhaps soul.

Her Magic Winx transformation includes blue flats, a tube top beginning on her dress, and a flowing border on the end on her dress. It is knee length, and her neck still hold her water-filled necklace. Her earings hold are made of glass and are filled 2/3 of sparkling water. This water holds no magic except fabulousness. Note: that was humor, it holds really not fabulousity magic. She has a very light blue tint upon her eyelids, as well as on her cheeks. Her wings are three triangles stretching out from the back with a circle-ish base. It's darker blue, and each outward triangle curves up. The triangles sort of connect to each other like fins. There are three of these triangles.

Her fancy outfit features a dark blue dress that has the same tube top border on the beginning of the dress, trails down her waist, until it reaches to above knee length, where it careens fully down her left leg. To avoid to much viewability for the back, there is also fabric down her back on both legs. She wears black high heels, black tear shaped earings, a light blush and eyeshadow with light blue color, and black mascara. She wears white gloves as well.

Spells:
Water Grip: Rushing and bubbling water surrounds one of her fists. Any punches she throws cause 20% more damage. She may throw 2 water punches with this. This is a close combat spell. (LOW)

Water Shard: A single, rushing shard-shaped water element appears in her hand, and can be thrown to cause little damage. This is a faraway combat skill, but will burst like a water balloon if it doesn’t hit in 4 seconds. If it does hit something before 4 seconds, the opponent will feel a sharp pain. (Low)

Bubble Excrete: A medium sized bubble is created, holding a good amount of water inside. Anything that hits the bubble will break it like a water balloon, sending water bursting out. Any normal person that is hit by it will have no damage. Any fire user will have their next fire spell have 10% less damage. Any low level fire spell hit by the bubble with be destroyed, and any medium fire spell has 50% less damage or protection. (low)

Su Slice: A han bo staff-like water element appears, then is curved into a curved shape at one end of it. It hits three times, and then disperses into formless water. Any fire user hit by the dispersing water has 10% chance their spell will fissure away into smoke. (Medium)

Snake Strike:  A snake-shaped water element forms that is about 2 feet long. It can slither around an enemy and bind them. If enough force or magic (3 low spells, 2 magic spells, or 1 high spell) hits them, they will explode. If a fire user is hit by the water, their next spell will not be created. (Medium)

Bubble of Anxiety: When she feels a particular rise in anxiety or grief, this bubble will form. The bubble, unlike most, is not transparent. It is opaque. It can take 3 hits of magic, or 1 hit of high magic, before breaking. The bubble will break when she's dealt with her problem or pushed it away enough for her to keep it under control, or will break in a minute.  (Medium)

Water Wand: A wand of water is created, with a glittering water bit is its centerpiece of power and beauty. A thick ray of bubbling water can shoot from the wand three times. The water contains medium damaging magic. Any fire user hit with this has 50% less damage on their next spell. This spell lasts a minute, and when it does, it will simply melt away into a liquid form, then dissipate into magical energy. (HIGH)

Indignent Extinguish: A bubble will be shot at any spell. Any medium spell hit by the bubble will be sucked inside it. The spell will simplify into the magical energy that it took last and shape into a sort of cloudy sphere around the bubble. Any jinx, spell halts, or general status effects will remain. Any force that hits the surface of the outside of the bubble will pop it, making any energy inside it explode out. The form that the magic last took is simplified into its magic nature. The exploding force retains magical energy and status effects, but not the shape of the spell. For example, an icicle attack that is absorbed by the bubble simplifies into ice energy. When it explodes out it freezes the surroundings. There are a few exceptions to this elemental rule: like toys will just send various toy parts flying out with a good amount of force. Any fire spell that hits the bubble will be extinguished into smoke. The bubble will then be able to explode like a smoke bomb.  (HIGH)




Strengths:
*Strong Sense of Justice: Despite much, she knows when she must defend for her friends with all her heart. This strengthens her tolerance, for when determination is in Tsol, she may be bruised and battered, but she will fight. However, in a mental state of harm (see weaknesses) her senses of justice are impaired.
*Strength Against Fire Users: Many of her spells limit fire user ability. Overall, she can extinguish most non-magic fires.
*Ability to Write her Feelings: She has a great ability to write down her feelings with great depth and description. This allows her to be a relatively good writer, and can allow readers of it to connect with her feelings due to the great detail put into it. When someone understands her feelings, and perhaps if she writes how she solved them, others can benefit from this. This allows for her to make her writing theraputic in a way.

Weaknesses:
*Multi-Outcome Situations: Whenever there could be several bad outcomes of a situation, she freezes up and puts a protective orb around herself. This orb is an instinct, and she has no control over it. However, it does give her time to think about her reply or dissesion in the multi-outcome situation. Furthermore, this trait puts her at a social disadvantage, where she can't connect with others as easily, and socializing becomes a problem.
*Psychic Manipulation: Psychic spells can easily stop and manipulate some of her spells. (Look at Fear of Beaches for other Psychic strength.)
*Failure to Fight Back: When Tsol herself is tormented verbally by someone, she doesn't fight back. She only complies. This leads to much sadness building up inside her due to the clinging insults. The clinging insults build up inside of her, and when one gets to build up to the point of nearly maximum pressure, her Bubble of Anxiety forms around her and she loops her thoughts until she (most likely with a lot of outside help) deals with the insults, or more likely, she pushes it away even more and tries and compress her sadness and feelings down to get out of the bubble. In this state, her strong sense of judgement is impaired, and she makes decisions without thinking about how others may be affected.


Personality: Tsol is a shy, gentle soul. She keeps to herself regarding most of her history, as well as her feelings on it. She usually belts out these feelings on paper. She writes entries about them, but she also writes songs. And though she would enjoy letting out her thoughts, she wouldn't exactly like to do in front of people. This is due to the constant unexpectancy of reaction. There are so many possibilities of how they could react, and when she is put in a situation where she must put in a choice or answer that could trigger many many possibilities, she freezes, and creates a protective bubble around herself.

Tsol particularly dislikes those who create reckless violence. This creates a strong sense of justice in her. She tries to avoid attacking unless necessary, and this creates a gentle trait of personality. Tsol feels conflicted when dealing with animals. They fight so much, but seperating them could make things worse.

Tsol does not make many friends due to her shyness, and fright when put in a varied possibility situation. However, if someone is patient and respectful, she can warm up to them. It may take her a while, but if she makes a good friend, she may be able to share her history with them.

This water fairy rarely stands up to verbally offensive bullies. Mostly, she is compliant. Their insults do matter, though, and she takes them to heart. These feelings build up inside of her (she sometimes will release them a bit in song,) and at a breaking point of a height of sadness where it is hard for her to compress them down to handle herself normally, she will go into her Bubble of Anxiety, and stay until she deals with the problem, or until she pushes the problem away even more to get out of the bubble. However, even after the bubble the state will linger, and in this state her judgement is impaired. Her usually just decisions now are brash and not thinking of others.

As stated above, she sometimes will use songwriting to help deal with her feelings, and expel them with her voice. This helps a little, but not very much.

Away from this state, normally if people threaten to hurt her friends or innocent people, she will defend them. Her usual strategy is wearing them out with offense. However, if it comes to the point where she must fight, she knows where her heart lies. But if it is a villain against her, there becomes a conflict with herself wether she should give herself up, or keep herself alive. If the villain causes other insults and emotional critiques to trigger and pile with their own, her vision of justice will impair and she will often chose keep herself alive. However, if she is in a normal state, and she is viable to make the decision, she will chose the choice that keeps her friends alive, even if it causes herself to perish.

Tsol saw many deaths near the coast where she lived. Since the Atlantians tried their best to get up on the shore and advance attack more civillians and cause more havoc, many Shuis soldiers died. They didn't get too far off the coast to her house, but it was near enough so that she could see all of the bloodshed. This drove deep into her head, and whenever she a thought of beaches pops in her head, or visits a beach, she will break into tears. If she's in public, she will put up her bubble, but if not, she will just cry and think of the deaths.

Since Tsol takes much to heart, she's pretty good at seeing when someone else takes something to heart as well. She'll try to comfort them as best as she can, but she won't really know how to give them advice on handling it. That being said, this still does give her a bit of kindness in her soul.

History:

Tsol was born on the planet of Losilo. A specific island, however, was her main birthplace. This island was called, "Shuis." This was home to the Naiadic Order, water fairies and wizards who protect their island from harm, and protect any threats to the water from harm. This being said, Losilo's waters were very clean, and life underwater prospered.

Tsol was born to a female soldier in the Naiadic Order, as well as to an Aquaculture Protecter father. Those who are soldiers defend against any threats commanded of them, but Aquaculture Protecters survey the waters and make sure the fish and animals down there are surviving comfortably and safely.

Her father was an animal-water wizard while her mother was a water fairy, but Tsol only got her mother's side of magic. Tsol was, in fact, an accident. When Balitos found out she was pregnant, the doctor offered aborting the child, but both parents couldn't bear losing a life. Balitos, several times, had witnessed death in the army. She would not allow one to be on her behalf. So, she had the child.

he only time her mother paid full attention to Tsol was during her release from the Naiadic Army. The Naiadic Army releases those who are pregnant and after a year of post-pregnancy nursing you are forced to go back in or release your position. After a year of nursing and mothering, Balitos went back to the army. After that, a babysitter (not just one for her whole childhood) took care of her until father, Reymond, came back at 4 PM. When she was old enough to go to school, the babysitter would drop her off and pick her up. When she was 8, Tsol's father transferred her into homeschool, and let her study in the sumbarine the Aquaculture Protecters used. Usually she'd do her homeschool studies there.

While growing up she only saw her mother, if awake, at around 3-4 AM. Her mother then woke up at 6 AM, and went to the army. Some parts of the army would be let out for a week as vacation, but Tsol stayed distant from her. Reymond tried to best to unite Tsol and her mother, but Balitos would lash out on her very easily. This strict manner came from her long days as an army soldier. However, Tsol wasn't the main reason of distance, since Balitos often went alone in her room and wasted long days away. She had little time to process the shock from battles and fallen friends, and vacation was one of the times to do so. Trauma was struck deep into Balitos several times. There was only love keeping her alive.


Her father sometimes would show her the animals, but when the fish got in scuffles, she always would try and convince her father to help them. Her father knew they must deal with their own battles, and things will be better that way. Tsol thought differently.

One day, when she was 9, she finally tried to help them. However, this did not help the sumbarine she was in. With all of her emotion and stress towards the animals, she accidently blasted water at a very fast speed through the sumbarine. This ended up sending both of the fighting fish away in the strong current created by the blast. Her father and some others quickly bubbled those in the sumbarine, and they quickly escape. Repairs were made to the sumbarine, but Tsol's parents had to pay for it. They had little comfort for the next few months after that due to the lack of money.

One day, when she was 11, a war started. A fleet of pixies came upon the shores led by Atlantida. The pixies of Atlantis Island hoped to conquer Shuis. While the Naiadic Army foresaw the attack, as their people scouted the waters frequently, they never thought their technology would be so advanced. When she was 13, A surprise attack took a water power plant. The Naiadic Army knew that their Aquaculture Protecters now had to become Aquattack Protecters, those who fight underwater enemies. However, in an attempt to drive out the Atlantians, Atlantida used a Talasmin of Teleportation to transport soldiers and weapons behind the Naiadic Army. Then, the Shuis soldiers were cornered from both sides.

Many Shuis soldiers died that day. Tsol's own mother died.

The war still goes on. The other islands of Losilo refuse to help. They have are bound in a community, but Shuis was never invited. They thought Shuis was too strong, and might act as leader of the bond one day. The bonded communities may fight with Atlantida against Shuis.

Several talasmins were used to teleport near the shorelines. A while off from the shorelines rests the Ekal's house, so many fights were fought in seeing distance from the house. Many times Tsol would see them fight, and would see many die. This burrowed deep into her memory. Though he father would often try to make sure she didn't see them, when he was off in his room, she may see them from her room. This burrowed deep into her mind (see more in weaknesses and personality.)

After many attacks on Atlantian ships, they have found several Talasmins of Teleportation. Tsol's father secretly found one, and kept it. He hopes to use this give Tsol a better life.

Soon after this hope in the Ekal family's life, war brought fright to them again. While Tsol was studying at home, a massive wave smashed against the shore,  where the Ekal family's home rests. The wave unveiled a ship carrying Atlantian soldiers. Tsol's father was off in a sumbarine raid, and the 14 year old girl was left to fend for herself. The soldiers burst through the door and a water hand lifted her by the scruff to one of the Altantian goons. He asked, "Where do you lie, girl? Atlantian or Losiloan?" She didn't understand. Of course she was Losiloan, there was no doubt. He asked again, "You're mother is an Atlantian, you're father a Losiloan, where do you lie!?" Little to Tsol's knowledge, her mother, Balitos, was an Atlantian slave from a very small island in Solaria called, "Baxis."

When Balitos was two, she was taken aboard the Atlantian ships, and taken care of until she was old enough to work. Later, during a battle with another place the Atlantians wanted to conquer, she was left to farm. During that time of little security on Atlantian farms, she escaped. She stole one of the boats from a small boat shop, and sailed off to the planet's mainland. She zipped into the Planet Transportation Station, and traveled to Losilo. There, she met Reymond. That Atlantian soldier thought that because she was so young when she was taken, she was an official Atlantian.

He asked again, "WHERE DO YOU LIE, GIRL!?" Tsol squeezed her eyes tightly closed, and at once, a bubble formed. She looked terrified as she saw pulses on the bubble, the soldier struggling to break it free. In a nick of time, her father rushed in, and defeated the Atlantian soldiers that attacked the house. Tsol was filled with joy and security as she heard her father's voice, and in that moment, the bubble popped, as the worry had lessened. She was safe for that moment.

One day, when Tsol was 15, her father found something. A necklace, one with a glass shell, and holds magical water. It was Tsol's mother, and unbeknownst to her, her mother was sucked inside it when the teleportation magic of Atlantida's pendant mixed with the pendant. More is explained below on that. When Reymond gave it to her, Tsol only sees it as a memory.

With her father saving up much money, Tsol is finally sent to Alfea for a better life. Though Tsol wonders if this is the right path, her father knows it is for sure. The pendant sends her to Alfea, where she awaits to be welcomed.

You need to explain why the multi outcome thing is a weakness and I know you sort of have it in personality, but I'd like it to be a bit more clear. Also this won't be needed to be added, but why does she go into a protective bubble during this?

Little self worth doesn't seem like a weakness to me with the way you have it described. its not detrimental to her personality at all.

Writing down her feelings doesn't exactly sound like a strength to me, but maybe tweak it a bit.

I'd like to know a bit more about her early life when her mother was around for the short time to fill in the gap.

The thickness of water doesn't matter in damage when it comes to subs, what matters is the pressure it has. The thickness (or volume in this case) only comes into play if you're under water at a certain depth and the water pressure is too great outside vs inside. So she used a high pressure water ability to cause damage to the sub in order to the save the fish. Even a little stream of water can deal great damage with enough pressure.

While it might be able to help her defend her friends with all her heart, a strong sense of justice feels more like a personality trait than a strength. If you wish for it tobe a strength go into depth and explain why.

No, not at all. She doesn't fight if someone is insulting her, and her only. No other casualties included. But if she is the only thing that the bad guys want, and nothing will happen to anyone else if she dies, then she wouldn't exactly be fully wanting fight. It's sort of complicated in a state of her mind currently.

Psychic users might be able to do more than just stop her spells in their tracks I would think.

Your spell kit is a very original one, but with its highly specialized effects (mostly against fire users) applying normal standards of tuning would leave this spell set lacking against anything not using fire spells.

Water shard:
This spell is okay as is, though aside from the amount of charges ita lso needs an expiry duration as it cannot last forever or until discharged. (1 minute should suffice and give you ample time in any fight to discharge 2 hits, especially if your character is good at hand to hand combat)

Bubble excrete:
Some questions about this spell: What happens if a non-fire spell hits the bubble? What happens if the spell hit is a hybrid (electricity + fire or light + fire or any other combination feasible with a fire + another element combination?) I am also inclined to have medium fire spells hitting the bubble having a 50% chance to fully fizzle and if they don’t fizzle, every component is halved when it hits (half duration of effects, half damage)

Snake strike:
Duration? Is spellcasting inhibited or only movement? (20 secs if spellcasting is inhibited, 30 secs if only movement is inhibited). Automatic fizzle of fire spell is okay.

Bubble of anxiety:
Duration of bubble? (Like with water shards, aside from charges it cannot last forever or until discharged. Here too a minute is suggested.)

Waterwand:
-1 minute duration until the spell charges dissipate.
-Up the damage reduction of fire users to 50% (High level spell with medium damage merits a fierce effect since it’s so extremely situational)

Indignent Extinguish:
Please clarify what happens to the spell absorbed. Does it only retain its damaging components or do other components also remain? What does it do when it absorbs a non-damaging spells? Other than this clarification the spell looks okay.

Ella, I'm kind of having problems with seeing the failure to fight back as a weakness, but there is something that Nikkie has suggested to me that will work with it that you might like and keep this weakness

"Make her generally weak at verbal arguments. Have it build anxiety (interaction with the bubble of anxiety spell) and have her sense of judgement impaired while verbally stressed/taunted (more prone to taunts/insults resulting in tunnelvision)" Nikkie

As Nikkie said, this will keep your original concept intact and will still allow her to feel sad.

Hmmm, I don't know, I think I might have a good idea.

What if I make her have deep fears of beaches? This could make large advances on psychic and illusion users. This would be a form of PTSD that formed during the war in Shuis.
