Dinning hall

"That was...something." Tecna utters upon the aftermath of that fight and taps several things into her holo screen, "I'm sure at this point the probability that other students will tell them off will increase by at least five percent. If the method had been different, my calculations show it would be higher."

"That...was one of my dormmates. My dorm had....an incident last night....." Xanthe trailed off.

Bloom just blinks in surprise at that bit of news, but at the mention of an incident, she begins to look a tad worried, "What happened to you all?"

"We got ambushed on the way home last night....." was all the girl could say.

Bloom eyes open wide and she leans forward, looking concerned, "Were any of your roommates hurt at all? How did you get ambushed?"

"It...well.....it happened all too fast. Some of us got injured, while others was fine" Xanthe lied. She didn't want to explain what happened.

A look of relief crosses Bloom's lips and her eyes leave the state of concern, "At least none of you were seriously injured during it." She wasn't going to press anymore than that. Instead she decides to change to the subject, "When we get done eat, how about I give you that tour."

"That would be great" Xanthe replied, greatful for the offer.

Bloom gives her a very warm smile, "Then let's finish up and hop to it." The red head looks to what's left of her meal and begins to eat.

Zaflore shakes her head. "Remind me to stay away from either of those involved if I ever forget," she stated and focused on her food, not wanting to see any more of it.

Tsol walked in, as quietly as possible. Another day in Alfea, hopefully not with so much interaction. Just get some grub as a snack and walk out. Perfect plan.

The water fairy trotted over to a table, took a plate and trotted over to another. She saw a fried fish sort of dish. She realized her thought rhymed, and chuckled in her head. Pushing away her humurous approach at the fish, she plucked it with a nearby clamper and dropped it onto her plate. Was clamper the correct word? She didn't really know. Clamper was the word for that vehicle thing she saw on a TV show that talked about the war going on her planet. It looked like that thing, but translucent. Eh, it was fine. As she turned off to walk away to her dorm, she saw her companion of some sort: Zaf. As she scanned the table, she didn't exactly feel a jolly atmosphere. She sneaked over to Zaf.

"Heya, what's- what's up? It doesn't feel right.." she peeped.

Well that had certainly been a show.

Sonya turned back to her plate, having watched Photonis' display and eventual departure of the dining hall. To be fair, judging by how the girls that approached her had been talking earlier, they all seemed to have it coming. If anything, the whole ordeal made Sonya like her roomie a bit more. Hopefully she wouldn't be expelled for this...

Between that, the earlier screams of the crowd that chased Xanthe out of the room, and the appearance of two young women Sonya was fairly sure she recognized as members of the Winx, breakfast was proving to be quite eventful at Alfea. And she'd thought being questioned on possible assault would be the most important thing to happen before class.

"It's been one hell of a morning, huh?" she said to Vivian. "I wonder if this place is always so..." She paused to consider her next word carefully. "Excitable."

Noko gives a sharp nod, but before she could officially say anything, she hears the voice of a girl speaking to Zaf. She wondered who they were, but thought they may have been dormmates.

[Vivian]
She beamed towards Sonya, somehow seeming energized by the whole commotion. "I sure hope it is! It promises to be a fun time that way!"

[Zaflore]
She looked up to see Tsol appear out of nowhere; she hadn't even see her coming. When addressed she started a little and sighed in relief. "Oh, it's you." a brief pause followed before Zaf gently tapped the chair next to her. "Sit," she urged her and then made a half gesture towards Noko. "I just met her, but she's nice. Her name is Nokomis if memory serves," Zaf said, remembering how uneasy the girl was last night, and hoping to make her feel a bit more at ease this way.

She felt a bit awkward and uncomfortable after the pause. Her trust in her began to slip a bit away. As she sat there, and was introduced by Zalf, her trust inched forward again. She did feel a bit weird after the silence, wondering if there had been any judging. She just wanted to be polite. What was she to do? Stomp over there as loud as a troll? Sigh. Let's focus on the moment shall we?

(OOC: The narration was no offense to you Nikkie if it gave off that way. ^-^ I just wanted to narrarate Tsol's thoughts.

"Oh, uhh, hi Nokermos?" She hadn't heard all of it since she zoned out a bit after her thoughts.

"It's Nokomis, but you can just call me Noko and hi." The girl greets in a friendly manner, giving the girl a smile. "Very nice to meet you."

Zaflore just nodded and continued eating her breakfast, pretty much leaving it up to Tsol how much she wanted to talk.

[OOC: Never do you need to apologize for your character's natural reaction. She's apprehensive, perhaps a little much, but that's okay. If I take offense, you'll know.]

"Good to meet you too," she says, shyly waving. She sat next to Zaf. She looked over at her ally again. "Uhm, will ya tell me what's up?" turning her head to add a bit more privacy to her inquiry.

With such a big grin, Sonya couldn't help but smile back. "It'll make it easier to wake up in the morning, at least."

She turned around in her seat, trying to see where Snow had gotten off to. Eventually she spotted her, speaking with an older man in a brightly colored robe. "Whose that Snow's talking to? Is he a teacher?"

Matrim gave Snow a faint smile and nod, as if already seeing this girls' good spirit. It was then that he had noticed he had captured the attention of yet another student. With a nod he acknowledged her as well, almost as if to answer the lingering question on Sonya's face.

[Vivian]
Vivian looked at the oddly dressed man and poorly suppressed a chortle at the man's more than vibrant appearance. "I don't know, but I definitely like this place more by the minute," she said. "There definitely seem to be some colorful persons."

[Zaflore]
"What's up? I hardly know myself," Zaf stated almost cynically. "I'm not sure if I'm even at the right place here," she whispered while anxiously looking around.

"I'll leave you to your meal sir." Snow turns to leave, but looks back, "I won't forget to come to you if I need help." Giving one last smile, she heads back to the table and takes her seat once more.

Noko gives her own polite wave to Tsol and takes a bit of her food, while watching the two talk. She wasn't going to butt in since it wasn't her place. She really wanted to ask the new girl where she was from as well.

Upon being noticed, Sonya gave the man a small wave before watching Snow return to the table.

"Welcome back," she said, downing the last of her coffee. "Is that one of the professors you were talking to?"

"He said he was a freelance anthropologist who writes papers and the library here has first dibs, whatever dibs even means." Snow answers, slowly getting back to her food.

Upon hearing Snow's statement she slapped the table producing a sharp snap. "Girl, you'll have to learn what dibs is to survive here!" she said in an exaggerated voice. "It means this place is the first to get his new works, whatever that might be,"
