Family section explantion

This section is for the users to place up family members of your OC that you wish to show up from time to time and do not intent to make full OCs. These characters will be used in a sporadic fashion, but will need to follow the basic character creation sheet. Spell kits should follow the status effect guide as well. These characters can be of any rank of magic or skill, but this does not mean they will be used in combat. Control of these characters will fall to a mod using the Narrator rpc to facilitate interactions that are not railroaded.
