I honestly think, what you had before with what was suggested to fix it is better than the fear of beaches. You can keep the fear of beaches as an aspect of her personality, but as a weakness it's not very solid.

Hmmm, I think I might have an idea to fuse Nikkie's idea with mine to make it stronger.

I could make her sense of judgement impaired when she gets her breakdowns. For example, if she's on a battlefield, she would break into tears, and bubble herself. And if the bubble breaks and someone attacks her, her powers will go all haywire, and shoot willy nilly.

Well, the fear of the beach is still very situational based and may not even come up that often, while the original one you had that nikkie made a suggestion on to fix it to be more viable is constant and can be triggered at any time. Do you see where i'm going with this? This might be something we need to talk about directly on the chatwing.

This water fairy rarely stands up to verbally offensive bullies. Mostly, she is compliant. Their insults do matter, though, and she takes them to heart. These feelings build up inside of her (she sometimes will release them a bit in song,) and at a breaking point of a height of sadness where it is hard for her to compress them down to handle herself normally, she will go into her Bubble of Anxiety, and stay until she deals with the problem, or until she pushes the problem away even more to get out of the bubble.

Does this also count for physical bullies as well?

Water grip: Is this 20% in relation to normal fist strikes? Define this and expiration of charges set to 60 seconds. Otherwisely the spell is fine.

Water shard: Please up this number to 10 seconds. (The entire Tmod system and status effect list is built around 10 second effects or multiples of 10.) This spell is basically a single round action though does not need to have a duration, it's either hit or miss.

Bubble excrete: High 10%, medium 40%, low 70% damage reduction (recommended to make the spell more dynamic.) I know I previously stated 50% but since we're involving multiple spell levels now and even make a low level spell reduce the effects of a high level spell a slight adjustment is merited. You can keep it at 50% medium but then it'll leave high and low fire spells untouched.

Su Slice: Expires after 60 seconds, otherwisely fine.

Snake strike: Define the duration of the bind please conform the status effect list. Mind that there are two kinds of binds, one where you enemy can still take offensive action, and one where the target can't. Pick the appropriate duration for you spell and define properly.

Bubble of anxiety: ...

Water wand: Here too I recommend 10, 40, 70% for high, medium and low respectively with a duration of 40 seconds. These are the same numbers as the low level spell, but the low level spell only lasts one round. This lasts 40 seconds (four rounds) and thus the end of the fight for any fire user.

Indignant extinguish: What are the dimensions of the sphere?, what's the damage radius when it goes boom and how long does it last. This spell really can't be judged by the status effect list since it's so... strange... (Which isn't a bad thing), but this will require some tuning before we got this right.
