Re: Palm's square
Arriving over the fishing village that Matrim had spoken to him about, Roll begins to look for a place to land. It was apparent this town wasn't a fishing village at all. "How long ago did Matrim even come here?" Roll questions aloud, as he looks once more for a place to set down.
Re: Palm's square
Roll's finding is a correct one. The small fishing village had boomed to become a tourism oriented city. On the squares people milled, all wearing some colorful Hawaiian shirt. Some has equally colorful drinks and the all over atmosphere seemed to be a mellow one.

Upon reaching their destination the bunny jumped excitedly. It darted and burrowed into Roll's backpack, to emerge moments later sporting sunglasses and wearing a tiny Hawaiian shirt itself, ready to kick it back tropics style.

Out of the corner of his eye, the young man spies the rabbit's change of outfit and he chuckles softly. "Seem you're ready for the beach." The man returns his attention to the matter at hand, seeing if there was a place to land in the center of town or even on the outskirts.

Roll's question would be answered as a voice sounded through the radio: "Hailing unidentified aircraft. Please identify or we will disable your engine. Reply on channel 117.4. If there is no reply within three minutes, we will be forced to take action."

Re: Palm's square
Roll changes to the channel that he was told to and turns on the radio, "This is Red Fountain Owl 4, I'm looking for a place to land. Would you have a landing zone I could use, over." This was the first time while using an Owl that anyone had demanded an identification.
Re: Palm's square
An audible sigh sounded over the radio when a cynical voice replied: "Sir, have you considered the airport?" Some murmuring followed as he continued: "Next time file proper forms for landing rights, or we'll send red fountain the fine," the man spoke and navigational information was uploaded to the owl.

Re: Palm's square
"I wasn't aware there was an airport. I was told this was a fishing village. I will make sure next time I come here to get landing rights. Thank for the information sir." Roll answers crisply, looking to his screen and begins to pilot towards the airfield.
Re: Palm's square
There was laughter to be heard over the radio. "lad, that must have been half a century ago," the man spoke and chuckled some more. "get your ass to the airport, we'll file the forms in retrospect and forget this happened," the man spoke, no longer sounding as authoritarian as before.

Re: Palm's square
"On my way there sir." Roll answers and flies towards his new location. So about fifty years since Matrim was here last and things sure had changed. It seems this place was over the top on rules and regs too.
