Stella eyes light up and she clasps her together, "That would be wonderful Xanthe, thanks! I'll stay close to your roommate while I look at the sales nearby. Don't want them getting swallowed up by this crowd now." Stella answers with sunny positivity and a fist pump.

[Sonya results]
it might have looked easy on first glance, but despite her best efforts the erattic movements made her almost fumble more than once, though eventually she managed to acquire her mark's wallet. Right that instant she could also see a more than overweight security guy emerge from the corner of her eye, most likely drawn to the group of rowdy guys.

[The woman]
She relaxed a little. "Ah of course, that explains," she said with a small smile. "it's the 49ers versus the gardenia sea lions. Every football loving guys goes nuts for this game as you might see," she said while gesturing to her freshly pick pocketed boyfriend, actually smiling with some degree of mirth.

Snow just blinks at the names, feeling confused, "What's a 49er?" She had no idea what it represented, thought she had the idea that a sea lion was some kind of animal.

Fighting back a scowl when the guy would flail wildly, she had a single moment of relief when the wallet was in her hand before she saw the security guy start waddling forward. She really couldn't afford to be caught here, she had no idea what exactly the laws were like...

With the wallet still stuffed in her pocket, she opened it as much as she could and grabbed whatever she could slip out. It felt like she was getting a couple of bills, but she really had no idea. Making sure there enough people between her and the guard that he wouldn't see, she carefully dropped the wallet from her pocket so that it was on the ground behind the target and began to make her way out of the fray, looking for her classmates again.

"Didn't understand a thing," she reported, once she approached the group. "Sports were never my forte. Did we want to keep looking around?"

"I think we should." Snow answers, still looking confused, "I'd rather look around at these stores than stick around with these....guys." The situation just made her feel rather weird and she didn't really want an answer to who these 49ers were.

Xanthe waves to the others.
"Hurry!! I think I found a sale!" she called!!

Hearing Xanthe call of a sale, Stella turns on the spot and dashes over to her.

Xanthe smiled and pointed at a fabric store which had sale sign on the window.
"Since you love creating fashion peices, maybe that would help" she suggested.

"Perfect! Thanks Xanthe!" Stella cries in happiness as she jumps on the spot. She just wondered how much of a mark down this sale is on the stock. She was so happy that she couldn't help but give the younger student a quick hug.

Xanthe return the hug.
"Well, what are you waiting for? Go and check it out!!"

"Thanks again Xanthe!" With a soft giddy giggle, Stella takes off into the store, to check out what kind of fabric and sales they have.

After further investigating one would find this particular store only sold fabric as a secondary thing as a sewing shop. The fabrics found were mostly linen and cotton of average quality and it indeed was on sale. Other than that this store sold sewing machines, yarn for embroidery, wool for both knitting and crocheting and a whole array of patterns and designs which people could follow to create the self made clothes they wished. Of course one would also be able to find any paraphernalia one would usually associate with the craft. One thing was remarkable though, nobody inside was under at least fifty.

[Sonya's gains]
The mall guards were way too preoccupied to deal with the swift fingered slight of hand portrayed by Sonya and indeed she made a clean getaway. One of the guys happened to land on the dropped wallet not long after Sonya had made her getaway during one of their rhythmic and awkward jumping stints. The man would find he was thirty dollars lighter. To his even bigger dismay, the almost filled stamp card from his favorite liquor store was also pilfered.

Xanthe followed Stella into the store. Though it was a craft store per say, she was amazed at the patterns that was lying around.
"At least it's something" she admitted.

"Yeah...it's.....something. Guess I'll have to make due with their limited selection." Stella utters, feeling a bit disappointed in the selection. Pouting, the blonde begins looking at the cottons, hoping for a sea foam green or a teal color. She would look the patterns over next.

An aged lady with silver gray hair in a bun approached the two youngsters with a warm welcoming smile. "Have you girls got an interest in needlework," she inquired. She looked like she might be the owner of the place.

Not wanting to stay in one place for too long, Sonya followed Xanthe and Stella into the fabric store. Not that she had much to look at there - she had no idea how to sew, or knit, or do anything very craft-like. What she really wanted to do was find a bathroom or somewhere private where she could take a look at what she'd pulled from the wallet, but she didn't want to make that too obvious.

She didn't stray too far from her companions, but browsed in their general vicinity. When the older woman spoke, Sonya was far enough removed that she didn't look up to answer.

Snow follows Sonya wordlessly to the store, looking around at all the odd knitting and crafting things. There didn't seem very much here for someone of her age or interest, but that wouldn't stop her from looking around.

"Well, I have some interest in needlework since I create my own clothes ma'am." Stella gives the woman a smile for a moment, glancing over to the shelf at the patterns there if there were any.

"We've got a lot of patterns here, from skirts, to sweaters and socks. Even scarves, anything you might want to make," the old lady said and all but ushered those interested to a cabinet holding a lot of round paperback sleeves that contained patters. What pattern each sleeve contained was indicated by a pictured label. Some labels didn't have a picture, only a general drawing, those patterns would leave the people's choice of color and type of fabric for them self to make. It pretty much contains patters from every day clothing like pants, socks, shirts, sweaters, skirts, simple dresses, scarfs and woolen headpieces.

Taken aback by the woman pushing her to this location, Stella begins to browse, hoping for a star pattern or something cute that could work well for her. She hoped they would have exactly what she wanted at the very least. Even a nice tropical pattern would do.

Sonya watched as Stella was herded over to the pattern cabinets, somewhat amused by the forceful older woman. Otherwise, she browsed a few more shelves, getting a feel for how pricing worked here. Assuming things like spare buttons and needles were valued the same on Earth as they were on Eraklyon, she should get a fair idea of what the currency equivalency would be.

[Sonya's findings]
Sonya would find needles starting at 10 cents for a single one to $27,99 for the most extensive set of needles which also included a basic set of a special yarn that's very thin and advertised to be able to make the finest seems yarn can. She should will have an array of set varying in price depending on the content and quality of the set. The store also had a box of buttons, that seemed to be free pickings for 15 cents a button. They could be found in any shape or size but it might be a long search since it's maybe several thousands buttons all mixed in a single bin.

[Stella's findings]
Stella would find patterns for shirts, sweaters and skirts with clear star patterns, she would also find a pattern of a star with a manual how to incorporate the star pattern into any work one would wish to use it on. The saleswoman asks: "Anything tickle your fancy darling?" in an almost grandmotherly tone.

The store didn't have much to appeal to Snow, but she would still poke around near her friends. This place seemed a lot take in for the young woman.

"I do love these star patterns manuals and I love these patterns for skirts. Do you happen to have any heart patterns or music note patterns?" Stella gushes ecstatically, having a whole set of ideas come into her mind.

Snow slowly walks over to the store entrance and waits by it for the others. She had no idea where to go at this point, so waiting was the best option.
