The Courtyard

"Excuse me." A sharply stern voice bellows at Photonis, which follows several footfalls as Ms. Griselda marches over to her. The look in her eyes yields very little warm as she looks at the girl over her glasses and she taps her pen on her clipboard, "Are you a new student or just someone visiting? If you are the former, I would like a name. If you are the latter, I will direct you to whomever you came to see."

"I need to speak to whomever is in charge of this place. I want to become a student here, but I haven't been able to officially enroll myself," she said in a flat tone that only slightly betrayed her screaming nerves. "Could you help me please?" she asked, suddenly seeming somewhat meek despite her voice never changing.

"Then you will want to see Headmistress Faragonda in this case to enroll." The woman speaks coolly, still glancing at the girl over her glasses, "She is in her office on the second floor. Head right inside and got to the left, her office isn't hard to find." This wasn't the first time a person had just shown up enroll on the spot, so she was prepared for such events.

"Thank you!" She replied after taking in the route description given by Griselda and then took off as soon as she was done talking, face never changing and her trod still ever as bold as when entering the gate of Alfea.

Slowly strolling into the courtyard with a large suit case of clothes and a smaller bag full of personal items, Nokomis soaks in the sights and sounds of the school. While it was very pink, Alfea did feel like it is rather welcoming and it made the girl feel less nervous.

Griselda was still standing at the courtyard, waiting for any more enrolled students. She spotted the silver haired girl who is approaching her.
"Name and realm please" she told the girl.

Noko eyes the teacher, taking in her rather stern demeanor, but stands speechless for a moment. After a moment of silence, the girl regains her senses and speaks, "Nokomis Hawthorne, I'm from Solaria."

Griselda skimmed though the list.
"There you are. You are in Dorm Alpha" she told Noko, but didn't say anything else after that.

"Alpha..." Noko remarks softly with a short nod, "Could I please get directions to my dorm and would I need a key of some kind to gain entry?"

A pixie portal opened a while away at the courtyard gate. A little pixie waded through, by the identity of Lockette, and looked up happily. "Ahhh, nice to be here!"

Her ear, if it could, would've twitched, as she heard two words that made up her powers.

She squealed with joy and rushed over to Noko. "I'm the pixie of keys and directions!" She waved her key wand excitedly and accidently opened a small portal to Spaika. "Oops!" she laughed, closing it quickly. She saw a bit of sadness in the city in the quick glimpse she had, but she shook it away, putting her focus back on Noko.

Noko turns her attention to the pixie and her eyes widen. She had never seen a pixie in her life, but she had heard the stories from her grandparents about them. She smiles at the little creature, "That's awful lucky." Noko remakes, taking a few steps towards her, "So do you have a name or do you just have your title?"

"A'course I have a name, silly! It's Lockette!" She reached out her free hand. "What's yours?"

"It's Nokomis, but everyone calls me Noko." The girl answers, reaching out to take all of Lockette's in hers.

"Nice to meet'cha Nokom- I mean Noko!" she laughed, smiling. She saw her whole hand enveloped suddenly by Noko's hand and looked a bit scared. She was afraid she was going to be stolen. "EEK!"

Noko lightly shakes the pixies hand and releases it, slightly shocked by the eek, "Did I scare you? I didn't mean to if I did."

"Good timing Lockette. Can you please take this young lady to Alpha? I am yet to wait for one more student that suppose to show up today" Griselda asked the pixie.

She realizes this girl was not a pixie snatcher, thus her fright softened. "Oops, sorry! I thought you were a pixie stealer." A stomach-wrenching thought slipped back into her mind about Darkar. She tried to shake it away from her head.

"Anyway, I'd love to!" she smiled, turning once to Griselda, then back to Noko. "Ready to go?"

"Of course." Noko answers, giving an enthusiastic arm pump.

"Alright, if you'd follow me into your dorm!" she smiled, ripped through what was in front of her (as in air,) creating a large pink, swirling portal.

Noko gives a nod to Lockette, "Will do." The girl answers and slowly steps towards the portal. She stops for a moment, biting her lip and slowly walks through.

With the large school gate now in view after leaving the woods, Roxy breaths a sigh of relief and marches through the open gate, the floating robed figure being pushed ahead of her. "Back safe and sound now."

Snow slips past the gate and looks around the dark courtyard. She didn't see anyone around and there were a few lights seen in the various windows of the school. "I'll be happy if we do not get in trouble at this point." She muses quietly.

Feeling the strain of the body on his shoulder, Roll crosses the threshold of gate and promptly places the body on the grass next to the main walking path. He wipes some sweat from his brow and looks back to see if the others had arrived yet.

For the remainder of the walk Vivian was never more than a couple of feet away from the captive and making sure she wasn't up to any trouble. With every move that could be interpreted as an escape attempt or an act of aggression Vivian's hands would glow orange and lightning crackled. Once arriving at Alfea she slackened her attention a little, perhaps a little premature.

With darkness setting in, he figured it might be safe now to relax and drop his guard; Luciel stretched his arms over his head with a small noise, hanging out and sitting in one of the grand Ancient Oak trees. His quiet time to himself seemed to have been shattered by people wandering up. Weren't the fairies supposed to be in their dorms by now? With a sigh, he looked down at them, trying to fix his hair so it'd stay out of the way and not get tangled in the limbs.

"And here I thought little fairies didn't go and sneak about at night. Though I suppose you've your reasons." He leaned over from the branch he was in; Just enough that if there was any moonlight out, they could see some of his features. If not well... Oh well.

Vivian jerked upright realizing the mistake she had made dropping her guard. "Are you with them? Are you?" she said and stood in fighting position already. A guy at this hour at an all girls school was off by a mile.
