Dinning hall

"Yep, when i wanted a break from fans, there is a good bunch here. Oh well" Xanthe replied, "Like, give me a break for once."

"Logically, once they've gotten their fill of meeting you and getting your autograph, they will leave you be." Tecna answers, glancing over to Xanthe with a bright eyes and a kind smile, "You'll get the break you want pretty soon I'm sure Xanthe."

"I hope so too....or a place to preform, if that's ever a thing" Xanthe replied, "Oh well."

"To my knowledge there isn't even a music room in Alfea. If someone like one of our roommates wants to perform, they would do so out in the courtyard." Tecna answers, bringing up a blue print of the school.

Xanthe looked at the map.
"Maybe I could do a Welcome to Alfea, but I don't have all my gear with me. It's still at home. Also I haven't started decorating my room or loft. yet.....it seems impossible to do....." she sighed.

"Nothing is impossible Xanthe." The red head states confidentially as she turns to look fully at the younger student, "Even if you don't have your gear, I'm sure you can borrow some from our dorm mate, Musa for such a thing. Also, truth be told, I didn't really start decorating my part of the room I share until two or three week into the school year when I first started so you shouldn't worry about it now."

"I guess you're right" Xanthe replied, and took a bite of toast.
At least it will get the fans more into study, that's for sure she thought.

Bloom looks back to her tray of food at this point, cutting into her stack of flapjacks. She turns her head back to the blonde since she had to ask, "Are you like Alfea thus far Xanthe?"

"It's alright" Xanthe replied, "I still need to explore more of the castle. At least I know where the classrooms are."

"Well, I could give you a copy of this map with detailed tour route on it so you can find all the places you need to go." Tecna pips up from her long silence as her holo screen disappears.

"That would be great. Will help to get to certain classes if need be" Xanthe replied, thankful for the offer.

"Alright, let me send it right to your phone or something." Tecna reactivates her holo screen with the map, taps on it to change it to a 2D representation and adds one other minor thing, then flicks it off towards Xanthe and hopefully her phone. "That should just about do it."

Xanthe's phone went off. Xanthe checked it and it showed the 2D version of the map.
"Thank you for this, it will be helpful" she said.

"Just doing what I can for a fellow student." Tecna answers in thanks, swiping her finger on the holo screen so something else comes up.

Bloom's phone buzzed and she looked over the message and types back in a flurry of fingers to send a message while the two were conversing. Once done she looks back at the two women, but decides to be a bit inquisitive, "So where exactly are you from Xanthe?"

"Would you believe me if I say that I'm a local?" Xanthe asked, "But I don't see much students from Magix...."

"I wouldn't doubt you on that." Bloom answers, but nods soon after, "I've never seen or met many students from Magix that attend Alfea. I think most might attend Beta or go to the school on Lynphea."

"Beta has the rep being total snobs to be honest" Xanthe replied "We deal with them on a daily basis at work, except last night."

"We've had dealings with one student from there years ago. She wasn't fun to deal with and caused one of dorm mates serious trouble." Bloom tries to push the thought of Chimera out of her head, not wanting to remember her or her mother. "Where exactly do you work that makes you deal with them constantly?"

"The local karaoke bar" Xanthe replied, "It's usually fun until they show up."

"OH!" Bloom exclaims happily and clasps her hands together.. She had always wanted to stop by there, but time never seemed to allow it. "I've heard it's a great place and wanted to actually try going there, but things just get in the way half the time."

As everything went on as usual, Matrim entered the dining hall. Wearing a robe that'd put a rainbow to shame he definitely stood out. Not only because his extremely brightly colored robes, but because the man was easily in his late sixties and sporting a slight limp to boot which he compensated for with a gnarled stick. Despite his strange appearance the man did express a very friendly demeanor and could be seen conversing briefly with second and third year students occasionally, always resulting in both parties parting with a smile.

The man eventually got his food and scanned the hall for open seats, though he did rest his eye a few seconds on Xanthe talking to Bloom. Seemingly disregarding them he went on to sit at an empty table to enjoy his meal.

Snow has been eating in silence for awhile when spies the rainbow robed man from the corner of her eyes. She turns fully to look over to him and wonders who he was. He didn't seem to a normal staff member, but she could be wrong on that. She gives him a smile, along with a small wave and goes back to eating.

"Hey there lass," he said as he waved back, though he too turned back to his food once he notices the blue haired girl doing so too.

Upon hearing the greeting, Snow looks to her dormmates and slowly stands, "I'll be right back quickly." She turns and heads over to the older gentleman and stops before him, "Hello sir, that was rude of me to go back to eating. I'm sorry."
